All residents are required to be interviewed and assessed for their suitability to live in a Susie's Rooms venue.
We look for respectful people who want to become part of our communities. You will be required to supply character, employment and financial references.
We charge varying room rates for different rooms, dependent on size and facilities. Each room is then liable for a percentage of the running costs pro rata to the room size and facilities you occupy

Additional services such as digital TV, high speed broadband and parkingspaces (if available) can be purchased for a small additional monthly fee.
We require a security deposit and a copy of your passport; you are also required to sign a licence agreement, our company charter, and be prepared to allow periodic room inspections.
